Which RPG to get.. FO:NV or Skyrim?

Im looking for the best RPG out of the two.. FO3 and Oblivion were both great..

Can anyone help me decide?

I love Fallout 3 but unfourtunately in my opinion Fallout New Vegas really didn't do anything fresh in the series and was littered with numerous quest/game breaking bugs. (expect to be reloading and find numerous random quest glitches.) Skyrim is probably the better choice here although that being said they just recently released Fallout New Vegas - Ultimate edition. This includes every DLC, (Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Lonesome Road, Courier's Stash, and Gun Runners Arsenal), as well as the latest patch. I haven't played it but I would assume there are less bugs/glitches then at release so that's a plus as well. And getting all that for $50 makes it mighty tough to complain, even if it is a bit more dated than skyrim.

All in all it comes down to what you like more, killing people with swords, axes, maces, and daggers, or killing people with pistols, rifles, smgs, etc, as well as the occasional melee weapon. Personally Id pick up both and be set for a long time.

FO:NV is far superior imo.

The problems with F:NV have mostly been resolved, and Skyrim was just as bad with bugs.

Go with Fallout, it's the better game.

Hard choice.

I'd say get NV complete edition and work on it while waiting on Skyrim GOTY

Absolutely Skyrim. Though don't be fooled by everyones hate towards New Vegas. NV is a fantastic game that has a few bugs, but they're so unimportant that it doesn't effect the experience. But in the end, I'd choose Skyrim overall.

I give the slight nod to Fallout for whatever thats worth.

I finished both and rarely came across any bug. Anyway Skyrim is way better for me
