ok you shuldent put the orange box and bioshock in the same vote as Assassins Creed an Mass Effect. In my opinion Mass Effect will give you way more to do even after beating the main story line and there are an ass load of upgades,weapons,and armor peices to put on your guy/girl. and with the custimizable charicter opition it blows assassins creed out of the water. Now im not putting Assassin Creed down or the other two but if you want hours upon hours of game play go with Mass Effect. Assassins Creeds story line and a few side quests r all its got going for its self. and Bioshock is just another FPS. The orenge box is ok if your in to the whole Half Life thing. It just depends on what game style you like more RPG,FPS,etc. -Condor-
You're going to end up playing Mass Effect and Orange Box more. Mass Effect is a huger game and Orange Box has 5 games in one DVD. Throw in some nice multiplayer action with TF2 and you're set.
You should get Mass Effect first. They all good games to get in the future such Bioshock, the orange Box and Assassin's Creed so get those games in the future.
i recommend buying any of the threee except bioshock, cause thats extremely repetitive and isnt that great. i played the demo once and got bored of it unlike gh 3 and dmc 4 demo
I've played all those games, and I'd have to say Assassins Creed would be my #1 vote. It's an addicting game that shows off the power of the Xbox360.
Then I'd have to go with Mass Effect, because it's a deep and involving story. However, it has a love it or hate it combat system.
I'd put the Orange Box above Bioshock because Portal rocks. However, I have never been a Halflife fan... or really a fan of any shooter that makes your first and best weapon a wrench - a category which Bioshock also falls into.
My vote is for bioshock all the way. Assasans creed is a rent. If you like rpg's then Mass Effect. The best bang for buck is Orange Box but I think Bioshock is by far the best of the four.
It depends, if your looking for a solid shooter with a great story get mass effect, if you want a great shooter witha decent story get bioshock, if you don't want a shooter and like the sandbox them and killing peopl with knives in slo motion get assassins creed. IF you want an all around gamethts got great replayvalue and a great puzzle game (portal) get orange box. I would pick Assassins creed personally
If you can only afford one game it should be Mass Effect. It's a great game, basically a RPG/shooter hybrid. The combat is in real time, which I wasn't expecting, and you can use biotics which is basically an equivalent to a force power of KOTOR. I've probably gotten about 45 hours out of it, all enjoyable except for the first 1.5. Bioshock is an amazing gaming experience, but after one playthrough of about 25 hours, I haven't touched it sense. Assassin's Creed is definately a rent unless you can really afford it, but it has dropped to $40. I haven't played any Orange Box so I can't comment on that, but it does seem like a 200-2004 array of games being played in 2007-08.
If youve never played half life 2 then you have to get the orange box first. a landmark game and a benchmark for others in the fps / adventure genre
mass effect and bioshock are not quite up there with half life 2 but are definitely must buys if you have a 360
assassins creed is sort of a tier down from ME and BS for me in the good but not great category. it gets a bit boring to play before you have finished the game which the others dont but its still good to play on every now and then for a bit
you cant go that far wrong with any of them though just buy the one whose style appeals to you the most
Wow those answers are completely all over the place lol. Anyway I'd say Mass Effect for sure, that and Resident Evil 4 are probably my two favourite games ever, so it's a damn fine game.
For me i thought Bioshock was a massive dissapointment. It's replay value isin't that great, maybe good for 1-2 play throughs, it's also kinda short, i'd suggest renting it for a week or so.
Mass Effect and The Orange Box are the two that you should probably decide between. Both are excellent games with great storylines, Orange box tends to make you go through it again for acheivements where as Mass Efect you want to replay for story. Both are awesome games.
Assasin's Creed is a long game but if you get borred easily, i'd suggest not buying it. It's still a really good game but it and bioshock are tied below Mass Effect and Orange Box for me
