I own all the consoles, and you're best bet for the remainder of the "next-gen" (is it still really "next"?) is the Xbox 360, it's looking to get mostly the same games Playstation 3 is receiving and will also get some great exclusives like Halo 3 and the already released Gears of War. Like I said, I have all the consoles and I really don't like it when people bash one or the other just because of "this and that." They are all great, but based on cash I would have to say the Xbox 360. On a quick note..... doesn't this belong in console wars or whatever that forum topic is called??? Most of the people posting here own Xboxes and will be pointing you in that direction... but yeah, I placed my view from the perspective over all the consoles. Have a nice day!
since this is in a 360 forum im pretty sure theres gonna be alot of 360 people but my answeres a 360 although i just got the 3 red lights. thank god for warrenty
right now if i could only buy one i would say 360, a year from now i might have a different opinion depending on how games like bioshock, too human, alan wake, and mass effect turn out. i think a year from now the ps3 will have better games than the 360 . but as of right now i pick 360. the wii will never be as good as either 360 or ps3 because they just recycle old franchises and still manage to entice gamers into buying the same exact game year after year. the new controller means nothing if the story is always the same.
I have a Wii and 360...they're both fun in different ways.
I plan on getting a ps3 whenever there's a price drop, or if when they get a bigger library of games...whichever comes first.
But if I had to choose only one for right now, it would be the 360 because of the simple fact that the PS3 has hardly any games at this point in time. I don't really care much for the XBL right now as I don't play much online.
