Who can solve that Cryptic Trailer of Modern Warfare 2

I been trying to decipher it on my free time by replaying COD4 and i found a clue, it involves the teddy bear in the trailer, because while playing COD4 the second mission of All Ghullied Up after you shot the mastermind and started helping Macmillan, you can find the bear in a room of the floor in the Apartments. I think there may be more, cananyone solve it?

yea, the teady bear isnt anything big, i think there is a teady bear in every multiplayer map on COD4 but anyway, as for the trailer it had an oil rig, scuba divers, a soldier in snow gear, an airplane graveyard, the inside of an airplane, the jesus statue in Brazil, submarines, jets, heli's, perks, and it was set inside of a russian airport, so the game will most likely be set in Brazil and Russia.
