Hey, I just wanted to let everyone know, I have a launch 360, and never had any problems with it whatsoever. I take extreme anal-retentive style good care of the unit however, and keep it totally ventiliated, and even place the power brick on top of a desk so its totally elevated and ventiliated.
Anyways, my system has run flawlessly, without any problems, never a replacement. Anyone else here have a launch perfect system?

I do have friends that have had multiple issues though. Guess I am lucky.
mine was made in december of 2005 and i have never had problems either, i am the same way its very well ventilated my power brick is also off the ground actuall sits on my subwoofer from my surround sound system and its run like a champ every since
Mine has been perfect. Had two or three freeze-ups on Oblivion, but had WAAYY too many saves. Once I deleted some saves and cleared the cache, smooth sailing. Â
That being said, I'll probably go home tonight, turn it on, and it'll blow up in my face......
i was number 5 in line at walmart in my town, and my 360 was an october 05 production and i have never had to send it in( just the occasional disc read error)Â but everything else works great:DÂ Â i love my 360:D
