I currently have all achievements in Oblivion (including Shivering Isles), COD 2, COD4, and Halo 3. I had all of them in Bioshock until they released the Brass Balls achievement, but I plan to get that one over summer. I'm really close to getting all of the ones in Mass Effect, and I'm going to try to get all of them in GTA4 as well, though I'm not sure about that because the "Let Sleeping Rockstars lie" achievement (where you have to kill a rockstar dev online) isn't viral :(
COD4, Aegis Wing, and I just got Shivering Isles so I'll get 100% for oblivion soon. I'm trying for GeoW (I've had it since launch) but I just don't play often enough to be able to get "Seriously..."
I'm never planning on finishing GTA IV because messing around is more fun than getting achievements in that game.
HAD 1000/1000 in Bioshock until the content update was released... no less than two months after I sold the game. :cry: One achievement away from 100% for Mass Effect and Aegis Wing, but doubt I'll be able to get 180k points in there. 800k in SoR2 was hard enough.

Of the ones I can remember: The Darkness Hitman:Blood Money Oblvion Fight Night Round 3 Sonic Arcade Version College Hoops 2k6 NBA Live 06 King Kong I've had my 360 since launch so those last 3 I played/bought because I like basketball games not for the easy achievements. =P
I honestly don't want to list all of the games but I have 14 games and my gamerscore is 13630. The only game I didn't get 100% is GeoW. I just didn't like it enough.
