Who is enjoying the Ace Combat 6 Demo?

I'm pleased to see that they released it sooner in the conference than later. One of the main things I was looking forward to this week was this demo. Awesome demo, the graphics are great, and the gameplay is fun.

I definitely plan to pick this game up and I haven't owned any game in the Ace Combat series since the original game, Air Combat, for the PS1.

When I went down to the city, and I found out my plain is 20 times bigger then any of the buildings, thats when I turnned it off. I wish the stuff was life size, insted the city looks like legos. But ehh, im not big on flying games.

Well the point of the game is to do the flying and fighting. The ground is just eye candy to me. ;)

True, but that just really killed it for me. Im really picky when it comes to games.

i just finished beating the demo. and i think it looks great and wasint to hard to pick up and play.1 thing i wish they did better would be make the town/city a bit bigger. i think if the buildings were taller and more of them it would be cool to fly between them but besides that no complaines and i have a question is it gona be on xbox live?

i know the score is awsome in just the demo and i really liked the emotion in my wingmans voice when he didnt want to retreat and regroup

Usually it auto targets that you can find with the solid green pointer showing the location. Holding Y down moves aims the camera at it. You need to get within range for a missle, with the standard the number above the lock square needed to be just under 10000, feet I guess, then it would lock on for the missle. Use the small preview on the upper left to tell quickly which direction the plan is going to know if the missle will be effective.

Usually if you tap Y button that will select the next target, which usually has the word next to it.

Then hit "back" button to select your special missle it will auto lock on to more than one target.

Also, when you fire, holding the missle button shows a chase camera.

1st they have to be within range and use the Y bottom to swith between targets...
