So, you're saying, as long as they don't upgrade the X360 you will be happy? You do realize if Zephyr never gets released you still won't have the improvements on it and when it does get released you have the option to get it?

It's pretty lame if you get pissed when someone is trying to improve their product, optional for you to buy it.

I agree, and if they do release a "version 2" of the 360, hopefully they will have addressed the obvious design flaw of version 1. Also, I am willing to bet that if a "version 2" is indeed true, that the real reasoning behind it is to release an "updated" version with all of the design flaws in version 1 one corrected.

The HDMI will just be an added feature of course to mask the real reasoning behind the release of a "version 2", and it will end up being the Xbox 360 that they should have released in the first place. Instead, Microsoft just had to get a jump on the market, hence, why they rushed things a bit. 

Anyway, regardless of an XBOX360 V2 or not, I still do not plan on shelling out $400.00 for ANOTHER one. No way. The only other console I plan on buying this generation is the PS3, as I already have a 360. If it lemons out, it just lemons out. I absolutely refuse to spend yet another $400.00 or so in order to buy the "version" of the 360 that they should have released in the first place.

Maybe he just does not particularly like the idea that he spent $400.00 on an Xbox360, only to find out over a year later that they MIGHT be getting ready to release the version that they should have released in the first place. But, yes....you are right, they are not forcing anyone to buy it, lol.
