Who is your favorite or most admirable videogame character?

post below. Personally, mine's Cloud from the FF series. I'm not a fan of the series but Cloud is portrayed as such a deep and emotional character, which is really interesting.

If someone wanted to be arrogant, they could say "Oblivion," where you basically play yourself, or at the very least, a character you write and direct.

Solid Snake. No one even comes close when it comes to character depth.

Tyrael was so epic. I love D2 still play it and watch the cutscenes constantly. Anyway i'd say Kaim from LO because i loved his story.

I'm sure Achilles is in a game somewhere. Actually, I can think of one, but it's incredibly obscure: The Adventure Construction set by EA, circa mid-80s. Yeah, EA's been around a long time.

I came across the cutscene from Tal Rasha's tomb on YouTube the other evening. It is awesome. I've gone through several periods of playing Diablo II. I play Hardcore characters, and sooner or later get killed by a beetle due to lag. Then I go back to Oblivion.

Speaking of RPG characters, how about The Nameless One from Torment. There's a character of incredible depth and pathos.

I would have to say either Master Chief, Ryu Hayabusa or Kaim (Lost Odyssey).
