yeah I remember when I was excited for that game... like 2 years ago. Looked like it was going to be one of the best, most original games I'd played in a long time, and actually had me almost sold on a PS3 before they announced it for 360. I guess it's going to be cancelled though. Games don't tend to go this long with no information and still come out in the not too far future. The best we can hope for now would be a release date in like.... 2012.
The last time I checked and for a while everyone has been saying that it will have a 2008 release date...I know there hasn't been too much information on the game, but I highly doubt that it is going to be cancelled. I think they are just being quiet about the game at this moment in time...

rofl i remember seeing that game on ebgames.com like a year ago and it said out in 3 weeks....then 3 weeks turned into 2 months,then 2 months turned into 5 months..ect..ect.
alan wake looks amazing though,the trailer made it look so cool.cant wait..but then again i can because it isnt coming out for like,ever.

Dude, it will be released before 2012 its just going to be one of those games that we don't get any info on until the end when its nearing release so chill its not like the Devs stopped talking about it they still mention it every chance they get we just don't have any info on it I think it will be released by either the end of 08 or sometime in 09, but bottom line is its definitely going to be released.
It's one of those premier games you wanna save for a big 08 holiday push. Why waste publicity on it this year when that new info will be forgotten over stuff comign out this year? Show some amazing stuff early next year and build huge hype for a late 08 release.
