if you kill dyawn you get like 20 grand or something, but if you kill playboy you can hang out with dyawn and get his bonus, and you get playboys house as a save point
kill playboy. if you kill dwayne you get some money but playboy wont ever talk to you anymore, and if you kill playboy you get dwayne as a friend and he can send some backup if you ever need it, you get his mansion and a new outfit you cant get anywhere else (its an outfit mimicing claude from gta3's outfit)
Kill Playboy, you can make 20 grand in like 2 missions. But if you kill him you get a nice loft, one of the best outfits in the game, and Dwayne as a friend. Who you need for the 5 friends above 90% liking you achievement (I think).

that is true I got screwed there because I killed dwayne which really sucked
(((SPOILER))) Dwayne can become your friend and provide you with a group of armed homies to help you on your missions, also you get playboys house if you kill him. IF you kill Dwayne you don't really get anything from playboy.
