Off the top of my head I said he kinda looks like Batista from WWE but no wrestler should do this role. A cause the acting will not be good and also people won't go to the movie and it will get an automatic pass by ALOT of people let alone critics.

Rourke would be good because he doesnt need make-up he looks like sh*t 24/7.

I think Vinny Jones (The Juggernaut) would do an excellent job

Only problem is he has a heavy English accent.

There is no concern abouttheir size, The suite fills in a lot of space.

Essencially you can take anyone and throw them into COG armor and have them read lines. Lets be honest there won't be much acting, just a lot of cursing, shooting, some chainsaw, and ... oh yeah explosions. That's about it.
