Me for one!

I quickly got board with UFC 2009 and decided to plumb for FNR 4 - great decision. FNR 4 is a stunning fighter. So much fasters than Round 3, I'll spending many, many thrilling months with this one!

I heard that FNR4 was a let down. I would never trade UFC for any game.

Obviously I am alone, I thought UFC 2009 started off good, and graphically is very impressive but the gameplay for me quickly became repetitive. Having spent the weekend with FNR 4, having done many, many quick fights and having started the Legacy Mode, it is a superb all round fighter. Oh well, each to your own!

I have both games but FNR4 is way better overall. I haven't played UFC for quite a while. It's a good game but FNR4 just plays so well! The gameplay is better than FNR3 easily with the game now being driven by physics and the faster tempo makes it feel much more authentic. Those that say FNR3 is better than 4 are just kidding themselves. How can it be better when the gameplay is SO much more realistic now? Seriously, FNR3 was way too slow and you had barriers because it was based on hit detection... Stop kidding yourselves!

I love kicking people in the head or making them tap out. How is FN4's Legacy mode? I read it was majorly shallow.

FNR4 is a great buy. the features i love is the leagacy mode its so fun to play. and the fact that u get to put ur own face in this game and see it get bruised up is jus priceless.... and also the online play is just flat out smooth. no lag at all...

I respect your opinion but in boxing you can only punch... in the ufc you can kick, punch, use submission moves.. i own ufc and played the demo for round 4 and it seemed very flashy yet boring... but thats only my opinion

All the ppl in here that probably know little about boxing or mma.

If you think the UFC is great your joking your self. UFC has some really bad animations. like you knock a guy out, he looks to fall backwards then somehow he jsut falls fowards. also when someone in the game is getting up and you kick them they fall back immediately with no animation, right to there back. Game also plays clunky, and ground game needs a lot of work.

As for FNR4 the game plays fantastic, smooth. And if you know anything about boxing then the game is great. Fast, more simpler controls. The physics in FNR4 are miles ahead of UFC.

Anyone that thinks FNR3 is better then FNR4 simply does not know boxing. FNR4 is not physics based so all punches are same. and its a parry system which is completly fake. You block a punch in FNR3 your opponet drops his hands, thats FAKE AND NOT BOXING AT ALL!.

This is easy, on almost every level FNR4 i better.

Boxing is also way bigger then MMA just throwing that out there and we get paid more. And our PPVs are bigger. :P
