Who wants to have fun?

Well i'v'e been wanting to play in a squad for years and have a team that plays games for fun and has matches and all the fun stuff. The games that would be played will be on Halo 3 or Gears of War and I think having a bunch of random people with different play styles and skill levels could be very interesting. Anyone have any ideas or wanna help me set it up and get some fun on?
