Who bought Crackdown hoping to get a Halo 3 beta key, and didn't?

I want to laugh at all of them.

Nobody would, theres a sticker on the front of it that says you got the Beta or not.

Mine had it.

no one because all crackdowns have the key til the beta comes out i hear or at least its the first shipment and crackdown is everywhere so now i will laugh at you ha ha ha

Haha, I laugh at you . Every copy comes with a key. The key is embeded into the disk. There isnt a paper or something that comes with it. You got the key you just have to wait until the Beta is announced and insert you're crackdown disk to download it.

Ok, wasn't sure if that was the case.

Either way, I think it's rediculous to run such a big public beta...It's going to ruin most of the game's appeal at launch. I'd rather play the game once it's bug free and without a bunch of problems.

haha, aside from his first post, he also said, "why have such a large beta?"  i don't know... i always thought the point of a beta was to test the servers, so the bigger the better.
