Master Chief:

-Super strong genetically enhanced super-soldier

-wide variety of strong weapons

-can pick up about a ton

-Armor is impossible to penetrate by an average modern(as in around now) bullet,even .50 cal hardly penetrates it

That basically counters most of the Crackdown agent`s abilities

Chuck Norris can't kill a cyborg from the future. Kratos or Ratchet could f****** kill both of them without breaking a sweat. Ratchet has a RYNO and Kratos has flaming chain-blades.

It really depends on what difficulty MC is playing on. If he's on easy, he can take on the whole Covenant by himself.
