Who's buying a 360 because of GTA IV?

I am......I plan to get one for next week....I sold the one I had last year, and regreted it ever since. Im thinking of getting the arcade one...it comes with a memory card, wireless controller and some arcade games. I can still play a bunch of games without the har drive right?

right after I wrote that, I remembered.........DLC is coming for GTA IV...without a HDD I would not be able to get it and that would SUCK.

No console is worth getting just for a single game. Period.

i got the 360 cause i wanted a nex gen console, and i loved the xbox....so i knew it had some great games, and i played the demo of EA skate and it sold me...plus gta 4 was supposed to come out in november and i just got it in september

so i planned my purchase around when the price dropped, and when really good game that i knew i would love came out....EA skate, nhl 08 (so underated) aand gta 4

I won't be getting the 360 just for GTA4 because there are other games I'll be getting around the same time (before) GTA4 comes out. I want to pick up a current GTA though, which one is best? I doubt the game follows a storyline from game to game (correct me if I'm wrong) so it doesn't matter which one I pick up, but I would like suggestions. I'm thinking Vice City after watching this review. Any advice?titanium2108

You can get GTA 3 and Vice City as a double pack. I'd really get all three if I were you, though.

I found the Trilogy pack for 17 bucks - I'd suggest that if you can find it.
