Who's excited about COD5 tomorrow?

first off if cod4 got old for you quick then cod5 will do the same to you. Its the same engine, same gameplay, and same overall feel. the only difference is the content and look of it.

Im not saying cod5 is bad because its definitly not. Im just saying if you didn't like cod4 that much then most likely this wont strike your interest either.

I would get it if they were smart enough to not release it in Canada on a federal holiday, all the retailers are closed. It's kind of foolish to have a official release date for a country when everything is closed on that day!xceph

lol what! as if they would do that. its a bit rough... but then again think about it this way. everywhere that they are releasing the game no matter what day they released it on around this time of year... some one is bound to have a public holiday.

First off, IW only gave Treyarch one year to put together Call of Duty 3. IW gave Treyarch three years to make Call of Duty 5. So don't by all means not geat COD5 because of COD3. Also, IW is talking about making COD6.... so yes it is COD5. Just because they made another name for it doen't mean its not COD5. Sorry were lazy and type 5. You know exactly which Call of Duty it is. I also tried playing the COD5 Beta, but it froze after 3 seconds online multiple times, so I just gave up. And don't say its my 360, because I played all my other games perfectly, online and not online. I will be getting COD5 although it does strongly resemble COD4 on multiplayer. They swapped the helicopter call in for a pack of dogs that chase you around the map until you hide long enough or you kill them all. That sounds pretty damn fun to me. Also, COD5 wasn't solely based on its multiplayer. It probably has a great campaign to play that will provide a really fun and chilling experience. So don't start dissing on COD5 because its almost the same as COD4 in multiplayer. Thats not all they made it for. Mabye if you guys weren't so damn harsh on the 3rd one they wouldn't resort to playing it safe. Here's to you Treyarch!

I'm not a huge fan of CoD4 and I must say it is 100% better than WaW. I mean come on supressors on WWII guns? Give me a break. gamerfreak1991

Because there definitely were sound supressors in World War II, used by the Americans, British, and Germans.

Honestly, are you seriously being this ignorant? Everybody knows its not called Call of Duty 5. BUT IT IS THE 5TH CALL OF DUTY. Sorry everybody knows EXACTLY what you mean when you say COD5. I know I am :D Probably not tomorrow though..I have school...and the next day...and the next...whatever.

I never got the chance to play CoD4 so hopefully I can get the same experience as others (even though its WWII which I HATE!).
