Go to Bungie.net and read their press release, supposedly they're ahead of schedule because they have a bigger team, so now these next few months are for polish and to work out the glitches, and Beta is just to see how the can fix up multiplayer (glitches and all sorts of weird things) without themselves having to go through all the multiplayer maps.
i was suprised also. I figured the game would be released between November-January. But is this really a good thing though? I mean Halo3 isnt one of the games im lookin forward too, but arent you fans worried that this could be a little rushed?
still no 360 yet :( hope to have one by then. but even if i do there's many other games i want to catch up on first.. h3 is pretty low on my list, not a real big fan. so not much hype here
