Yup, I got the call. I sorta wish the Legendary came with the tin case but I guess I understand the whole marketing ploy.
I haven't, I don't enjoy wasting my money enough to get a helmet. I don't care how big of a Halo fan you are, the Legendary Edition just seems like a waste of money to me. $100 was a lot, but I could still see the point. But for 130, your talkin a whole other game. Sorry, but I'll pass.
its cool if ur into the halo universe i am and plus with loads of dvd's of showin the makin and all the cut scenes from previous halo's i hope they concentrate more on the story in this game then the last one!

You're not getting all 3 games in the Legendary Edition. It's Halo3 with 2 bonus discs, it's not all 3 games.Â

nope it's $129.99... i had the legendary but i switched to just the collectors when i got the call from gamestop. i thought $100 was too much, but $130 is just crazy
yup got mine all setup. cannot wait. whats the harm in pre-ordering if its something you know you want? i hate people that try to give lectures on how they think it doesnt make sense to do so. ive been putting 10-20 bucks down here and there to pay it off. i do this alot as the initial impact on my wallet when i go to pick up is either little or nothing.

i put the minimum of $25 down on friday. i always get the limited or collector's edition if there's a game i want and the option is available. that's what serious collectors do. it is a bit steep and it does suck that the helmet is not life-size, but it's still a sweet package. i like that it comes with artwork stills among other things. anyway, can't wait.

There's gonna be a HALO 3 Legendary Edition??!!! Wow! J/K, I'm not getting it. It's just way too much money for a helmet that'll just sit on the table or wind up stuck on my 4 year old daughter's head thinking it's a new hat (she loves hats and crowns)!

I have 2 of them preordered but I'm considering cancelling one of them and making it a collectors edition cuz of the price hike. We'll see how I feel in a few months
I had it pre-ordered, but since i got the call last week saying it would be 129.99, theres no way i'm paying that price for the game, its outrageous, maybe if they added in some maps or something I'd consider it but other then that I wont be gettin it
Hold on, let me go picking from my money tree...I'll be lucky to get the $60 together in time for the release to get the regular game. Let alone the fact that I have zero use for a mini helmet/game case...If I did have the money, I'd rather get two games, rather than a bunch of extra stuff I'll watch once and then leave in the case...
