Well? Ever since around 2-3 days before Christmas, XBL has been down and since the new year, I have been able to log into XBL all of 2 times. What the hell? And the foreign tech support at 1800-4-my-xbox is just nuts, you cant understand a word they are saying, they cannot understand midwest english for the life of them, and they cannot comprehend a damn word. I WANT TO THROTTLE MICROSOFT!
I think mines is back to normal now. I can't be sure because I have only played one game in the past few days but last night, everything was working normally.
I've only logged in twice since before Christmas (you can thank trying to collect all stars with Luigi), actually it was this week. Only problems I've had are lag problems, Street Fighter is just impossible like that, and voices on Halo 3 communications sound like robotic echoes.
mines been kinda weird, like when i go to Gears, it will show me like 2 matches available, when i full out kno theres many going on, but at least i can get something, as for cod4 its been great today

I rarely ever look at other peoples posts untill I post mine then I follow the conversation, its weird I know. I look at the TC's post then place my input and thats about it haha
I've literally forfeited CoD4... haven't "played a match" in almost a week. I've logged in about 3 days ago to check if I can even get into a lobby, but still can't though I can see my stats, numbers of players online (almost 400k???)
Last time I played a match, I had a 1-minute lagspike that sent all players out of the lobby in the middle of our match. I glitched, went 5 level backwards (lvl1 prestige @ 48 down to 43, and played my way back to 45)... though I'm not the worst off. One of my friends went almost 30 levels backwards. He was lvl3 prestige around ~20? and went back to lvl2 prestige 44; he /rage (mind you we both have time constraints).
Again, itlooks like I won'tbe able to enjoy this game any longer; can't even start a match. It's probably is the case with a lot of XBL CoD4 players.
yea. its making me so mad. Microsoft is so unreliable. Its been like this for 3 weeks now. You would think a company as big as microsoft would have a much easier time fixing this problem. but I guess not.
Xbox Live is still down in the Rocky Mountain area. Logins to Live itself works fine, but issues regarding downloading, authenticating, and purchasing downloadable content are still rampant, as well as lobby issues with games like CoD4, Gears of War, and Chromehounds.
I played five matches with four matches being reported as "Null" due to communication errors.
