BioWare, they are located in my hometown and have a level of quality unmatched by almost any other dev. Bethesda is good too and R* are the king of open world but still none of those two devs games have done to me what BioWare's have.
treyarch iw 4real? can't you have some decent devs up their that dose stuff for their community? and support their games? gotta go with bungie for console games. they support their games like it's some what MMO devs do.

Well I can't fit every good dev in there, I really dislike IW but I don't mind Treyarch. But I know there are still people who enjoy them. Polls should atleast go up to 10.
BioWare for me. The others either don't make games that interest me (Treyarch/IW) or they don't have consistency in making games that I like (Bethesda and Rockstar).
Right now, I'm really lovin' Rockstar.. never cared for them before. Remedy, BioWare, are amongst one of my faves. Epic, Bungie, are one of my all-time favorites.
non of them are my favourate, crytek is my favourate they will soon dominate the market with dev kits, 30.000$ or so just to register them as game developer, and i tell you they are state of the art, physics engine is nuts graphics are 5 years in to the future always ready to push anything it touches, if modern war fare 2 utilised thecry engine3 it woild be hyper kenetic real, i mean mind bendingtheycrytek are well rounded.
my loyalty is crytek, and those companys who use it i'll follow.

Bungie. because of there ineteracation and dedication to fans. they also give out free content like maps, avatar props, clothes and themes and constantly update online matchmaking years after the game is released.
