Why are no people excited for Bad Company 2?

To me, that looks really good. The explosions and destructable environments look really good, and the gameplay is improved.

I am, I can't wait till 2010 winter. I loved the first game, but the second will be awesome.

I'm excited, as well as several other people I know.... You aren't seeing as much of the hype for 2 reasons. 1) The game isn't coming out until March of 2010. 2) Too many people are stuck on Activision's crummy Call of Duty series. 1 every year and still no real innovation........sad.

I probably won't be picking up COD MW 2, but I will for sure be getting BC2. It's gonna be hella cool.

I know, The first game was awesome. Better than COD in my opinion, but I like driving vehicles alot. :D

I am incredibly excited for this. Will be one of the top 5 FPSs this gen, along with Bioshock, The Darkness, Killzone 2, and Crysis.

I loved the first one and can't wait for this one. I just try and act calm since I hate waiting.

You can't even wait until the year is over because then we have Mass Effect, Crackdown, and Reach launching

Even though I think BC is above average,there are far to many othershooters on the market.

Because the online is fun, but the campaign for the first one was absolute garbage. I shot about 3 to 4 people for an entire level. You don't just buy a game to play online. And the footage makes the game a lot better than it is. Like Coral Sea in BF 1943 for example.

Really? I thought it had the fifth best campaign in an FPS this gen. I loved it. Never played multiplayer though, since I don't have Live.

Play on a harder difficulty

If you play it on the easiest difficulty and your team takes out everyone for you then it's your own fault for not pumping up the challenge a little

Ehhh, Frontlines is pretty generic and bland, it feels like everything you've done before

Bad Company added some much needed humor to the genre and then blowing up anything helped the gameplay

Frontlines just helped the stereotype that all FPS games are the same while Bad Comapny tried to change it

That's because your team killed them all. What difficulty were you playing on?

So can we expect a BBC2 thread from you every 2 weeks until March? C'mon now. Its a long way away. MW2 will have been out for a while by then, and BBC2 will have its own group of people excited about it's release, including many Call of Duty fans(again.....some people dont realize that you can like two competing products at the same time).

I never understood how people didn't understand that. It's like, "Well, I like Call of Duty so I can't like Battlefield." No. Just no.

And the reason you don't here about it, is because it's coming out March 2010, and there is hyping for the Q4 2009 Line-Up.

I want the game but their is still a good amount of time and a lot of other awesome games to play before that even comes out.

I played the demo of the first one, it was pretty bad. I'm really not looking forward to the next game. I find it silly that enemies can snipe you from long range (100m+) with assault rifles and your AI buddies can't seem to shoot straight in any situation whatsoever. Worst game in the franchise, it should never have been given the 'BattleField' name.

It looks a lot better than any other multiplayer game coming out so I am definitely looking forward to it.

I'm excited as hell for it, just so many games to play before it's even released.
