When a good game comes out it seems like people have to pick out all the bad things about it, or even make up bad things. I don't understand why all these people hate games so much. How can someone say that Halo3, GOW2, Fable2, or CODWaW are crap.

The people that do that are usually people from people that own other consoles to the 360 and try to discredit to make their console appear superior. Not to say that 360 owners aren't exactly the same, it's just a vicious unending cycle that is fanboyism.
its Treyarch, they made their bed, now they have to lay in it. The only reason we treat them a certain way, is because they present themselves in that way.
because they dont make cod games that are as good as the ones made by Infinity Ward. The only reason WaW is any good is becasue it is a straight copy of CoD 4.
I'm fed up with people bashing them. You work a 60-hour workweek for 8 months in a row because your parent company ordered you to and try to make something as good as Call of Duty 3. I know it's not as good as IW's, but it wasn't terrible and the fact they did it in 8 months is an achievement, not something to be ashamed of.

...and in my opinion it shows COD:WaW IS a good game and people are treating it poorly simply because it isn't made by IW. It doesn't concern me but, I enjoy playing with others who actually like the game instead of those who bash it because its "gone back to WW2" or "its not made by IW".
