Apparently they're supposed to be live (Robert Bowling tweeted it around 1:30), but it's taking awhile to update for everyone. It's kinda stupid in my opinion, I don't get why they didn't just release them at 2am PST, when the marketplace updates.

So it doesn't matter when they were released, they'd still have staggered release times

Granted, but I'm just saying that they should have done it in the early morning, when XBL traffic was low.
