why arn't i getting the update

i havent got the update but on my other account i have facebook and twitter but when i sign in it says i need a gold account even thogh i have one help please

I'm not sure about the gold issue. But I went on earlier and there wasn't an update. I just went on and there were new tabs so I clicked on last.fm and it just downloaded that when I clicked on it.

wow that pretty lame. I don't have a Adult account, but if I realize that age was going to affect XBL I would have put a fake age. now I have to go to my second account if I wanted all those stuff. :(
