Because your NAT is strict, instead of moderate or open. Learn to open the ports on your router.

I am not sure if this will effect anythign but my setup is kind of complicated. It goes Wireless router goign into my pc then my ethernet conection to my 360, i cnat just use the router because i have 3 other comps useing it. I have the Bridge connection set up from a while back.
