The credit card must be registered to teh same country as your gamertag, and there's no way around this.
If you can't find a live card in a store, then look online for a seller that has cards suitable for your console (US uses different codes to Europe for instance). Some will send you the code by email so you don't have to worry about postage to weird places.
just make a new email on hotmail.com then make a new gamertag and sign up for silver and get a month free gold. and do that everytime so u get on for free. u need to keep ur main account for game saves for single player etc. but downside is that every month u need to make a new account and re-add ur friends list, its easily done but means ur ranks all get reset online. so if ur ranks are important to you then id buy a card off ebay or phone xbox support to get around it. or if not keep making the trial accounts. i think u can have 4 gamertags on one xbox then delete them via the memory page on the settings blade on the dashboard. and make new ones. all u need is a new hotmail email addy to make them with and it hooks up 1 month per new email addy (cant use the same email twice)djrobst
This won't work as you only get the months gold trial on the first 3 or 4 accounts created on your 360. After that it just creates silver ones.
Yeah, It wouldn't work if you used a american state, it has to be the exact information linked to your card. I also don't live in the US, so I just did it on the xbox360 site, and it was easy and worked, so if you havent tried yet, have a go there.ResokyWhere in the site, can you give me a link?
[QUOTE="Andrew_Xavier"]If you aren't in the USA, but, signed up as american when you made your silver account, it simply won't work, the CC details need to match your sign up information, especially regionally.jm100How can I change that those details (if I did that)?
You'd have to make a new xbl account, as different xbl regions are tied to what xbl is displayed, essentially, XBL canada is VERY different from XBL USA which is very different from XBL europe, etc etc
