The way I see it, it is like 5 half finished games, but so many people love it? My question is why? Sure, I'm not a fan of the series, but I still didn't like it.

HL2 is one of the best (and complete) games of all time. Along with Episode 1 and 2 that are EPISODES, that have more value, sadly, than some games out there. Portal is an excellent game, short of course (it's a puzzle game), but too bad you can't get custom maps like in the pc version. TF2 is also a complete multiplayer game, but it's also too bad you don't get the updates, official maps, and custom maps of the PC version.
Put all of these together and you get one of the best deals in the history of the video game industry.

Someone didn't take their happy pills this morning
So far you've created 3 threads in the 360 forum, each moaning about a different game. If you don't like it - stop playing.
Have you found the System Wars forum yet? I think you'd fit right in there
Half finished? I think Half life 2 is worth a buy alone. Episode 1 and 2 are awesome editions to my favorite FPS. Portal is the most innovative game in years IMO and it it's length was perfect, just enough to keep every level fresh and make me want more.MuffinPunk
I have to agree with you 100% there but notice I left out your Team-Fortress 2 comment because I like it. :)

Please... PLEASE, don't post here anymore... Go away. To say Half Life is a crappy game, is like saying Chuck Norris jokes arn't funny. Did you know that under neath Chuck Norris's beard isn't a chin, but ANOTHER FIST.........

Are you serious? It's your opinion, I'm not going to attack you for it. But I think the Orange Box is probably one of the best video gaming packages you can buy. It has Half Life 2 (the best game ever made in my opinion), as well as episodes 1 and 2 which expand on the Half Life 2 story, as well as expand on the incredible gameplay that you experience throughout Half Life 2. Then you get Portal, which I'm not really into puzzle type games, but this game was amazing. Top it off with Team Fortress 2 for an incredible multplayer experience and you've really got the total gaming package. Only thing missing from the 360 version in my opinion is Half Life 2 Deathmatch plus all of the crazy mods from the PC versions.

Honestly that one isn't really that funny. I prefer "Chuck Norris destroyed the periodic table because he only recognizes the element of surprise."
OnTopic: Seriously, I really only bought The Orange Box for Portal, and I definetely feel I got more than my money's worth out of it. In fact, I haven't even played Half-Life 2 yet.

On Topic: Portal IS worth the 50 bucks alone, your right on that... Because I'd already played the Half Life series on my computer, I only did one quick playthrough for the heck of it, and then spent WAAAY to much time on Portal...
Off Topic: That joke isn't THAT funny, in its self... But if you've seen the Family Guy episode with it in it, then you'd be cracking up right now... That was so funny.........

100% AGREED.
I had no idea what Half Life was until I got Orange Box recently, and I must say that HL2 has one of the best stories ever for a FPS. Gameplay aside, it's worth a playthrough for the story.
Also, you just get so much in one little package. I'm happy with my purchase, although I think TF2 stinks.
