When i first heard about how tons of people were getting their xbox360's broken with the red lights i thought it was all BS! But now i find out it wasn't, i was shocked when i got the red lights. Why the hell cant microsoft, the worlds most sucessful and tecnology advanced company make a god dam decent console that doesn't break so much. For those who havent gotten their 360 broken yet, dont believe it wont happen to you, because its very common. A EBstore says their defective 360's are 35% Im so sick of this, even with the 1 year warrently, it would still break again, and again, and again.....
im so mad at microsoft, i like my 360, but the 360 is junk because it breaks so much.
Had mine for over a year. Finally died. Played it for probably 2 years worth of gaming. Marathons as long as 10 hours. Loved it, sending it in to get fixed for free. Cant wait to get it back to play crackdown/halo beta
I got mine in January '06 and it just died earlier this week. Got the red lights, like everyone else in the world... I'm just out of warranty which is terrible. So, $139 dollars more going to Microsoft because they can't make their product with any sort of quality. Looks great, but can't last long.
btw i got my 360 this christmas. so i didnt even have my 360 for a very long time ronniexie
I've had mine for well over a year now and it is still running to perfection. Maybe it is the irresponsible owner's fault for the problems huh? If you keep it well, you will have virtualy no problems.
I had a 360 since new years day last year,I am now on my 3rd,I also know 5 people with 360's and all but one has broke,I have every major console since megadrive(check my game list if you think im lying) and the only consoles to give me trouble is X-box and 360,oh and the first cube I got was a dud.
oh and every console but megadrive and playstation 1 were launch consoles,the ones that are imfamous for dying and they still work perfectly,my xbox is best sometimes it reads,sometimes it dont and sometimes the loading screens go forwards then backwords then forwards.2 steps forwards and 1 step back,never seen that in my life on a game
Yeah, mine was broken too. Got a new one. Seems to be running good. Still, the Xbox 360 was a rushed console and therefor has problems. I will most likely sell mine and buy the new version when it launches. I bet the kinks are mostly worked out with that one.
