Why does every body hate Avatars?

I personally love all the new updates...the Avatars are awesome because you can finally make something that looks like you...I think people that don't like it, do not want to take the time to make themselves...Thank god no more gamerpics...the party system looks amazing also. So tell me why you hate the new systems that everybody is complaining about? unless you like them like me...then tell me why you like it.

maybe because they look extremely lame, or maybe its because their new update is completley ripping off the wii and sony's home ideas. and also the new homescreen is exactly like the XMB from sony just reversed!!! does anyone realize that?? instead of different options going laterally, and the content going up and down [ Sony's XMB ] xbox has the options going up and down and the content going sidde to side. GOOD ONE MICROSOFT! but im sure no one will ever diss microsoft for that.

o yeah and did anyone realize that Lips is exactly like singstar??? and your in the movies uses some of the same minigames of the ORIGINAL PS2 Playstaion eye???

i have to admit, they did flex their corporate muscle in their press conference.

I keep seeing people say they are bummed for buying them but you will still beable to use them....

One single word : WIIIIIIIII!!!!!!! get the picture?

I personally like the idea. The avatars look much better then the miis. I Dont mind designing one for my account then i will leave it. As long as the Avatars do not start appearing in our games i understand the party games but as long as if when i play my shooters i am not my Dorky avatar i do not care.

On top of this we will also be able to have the netflix feature. I have said for the longest time the future of the Movie/Tv market is digital and this will help push it. I think it was a pretty big oversight that you will be able to watch Netflix movies with people in your party. Iam leaving for the military this week. I watch alot of movies with family and friends. This netflix service is just what i needed.

It does not really matter for me but still I think that I will miss the current dashboard. It was just so clear and simple. (In here Europe we don't even have advertising on dashboard like u in USA and Asia...) Simpler=Better Dull>FlashyMosquite
