If your playing a game with a small population or if your playing in a playlist with a small population, the likeliness of getting matched up with the same people can be high. You can only make it less likely to match up with a person, not impossible.

it gives a less likely possability of playing with them. if the system has a choice to play with some1 uve avoided and some1 u havnt it will go with the one u havnt, but if it only has one chioce then it will go with it
