Why don't people use the mute function?

People moan either that I am annoying, or ****ing them off, or I see people saying "Why do you have to use racism" "Grow up" etc to other people, or people will try and insult me.

Yet no one ever seems to use the mute function, my Xbox Live experience is very good, someone gets lippy, I just mute em and it stops right there.

I sincerely wish there was an option to precent stupid topics, but there isn't.

As for the people on XBL who are crazy. Get over it.

Why do people have to be annoying on Live? Sure I can mute it, but I shouldn't have to. Don't be obnoxious or I'll submit a poor review against you, problem solved (for me anyway)
