why is fable 2 better then too human ?

ive seen alot of people all the time say fable 2 is so much better but i just have no clue why a game that has a worse story less awsome combat no online play and not even a tenth as deep or as long is better. plus too human has better ai and has 50 enemies onscreen.m_axe9

First of all how would you know if it had better combat, depth, longevity, and better AI when you haven't even played the game. Second of all, from what i've seen, Too Human looks just like a generic dungeon crawling game that was originally purposed for the Playstation to be a 4-disc action adventure game http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Too_Human#Development_history but did not have enough funding so Silicon Knights had 8 YEARS TO DEVELOPE THIS GAME AND WHAT HAVE THEY PULLED OUT OF THEIR ARSES??? SOMETHING THAT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS MADE IN 2 YEARS WITH HAVE THE EFFORT THAT THE FABLE 2 TEAM PUT INTO THEIRS. Third of all how can you compare the combat when the two games' comabt styles are completely DIFFERENT!!!! For instance: Too Human has a NO SKILL LOCK ON HACK AND SLASH SYSTEM while Fable 2 is more STRATEGIC.

Any person who has played the first fable can say that the combat only requires mashing the attack button and rolling out of the way periodically. How is that strategy?

You can't even DIE in Fable 2. Once your health reaches zero, you either choose to sacrifice experiance, gold, fame, or you can sacrifice nothing and get a ton of scars on you. Looks like it has no challenge either.

At least Too Human is trying to innovate. It's got an original setting (name another RPG with Norse mythology archetypes), and it's got a loot system similar to Diablo 2. That reason alone is why I'm buying it, and two player co-op makes it even better.

I'm buying Fable 2 as well, but I'm not going to like it as much. It's not going to be as good as Peter Molyneux says it is because he likes to exaggerate his games.

Too human from what i've seen looks really bad. It's a diablo ripoff and a really poorly done one. Diablo is one of my favorite games ever so if I think too human looks bad and i'm not excited about it, that means it probably is. Fable 2 looks really fun imo.Walker34

I'm just the kind of person who doesn't require a game to be spectacular to enjoy it. I probably put a good 40 hours into Two Worlds and of course the entire time I was thinking "wow, this could have been a lot better" but that didn't keep me from enjoying it.

I'll play anything that's similar to Diablo or it's sequel.

SK said that they're releasing a demo before the game comes out. I guess we'll all get to try it then and see for ourselves whether or not the game is good.

I have high hopes for SK. They're known for making exceptional games and just because Too Human has been in development for a long time doesn't mean it's going to be bad.

when i think of too human i think of mass effect, that game was hyped out to hell and when it came out eveyrone tryed it. now noone cares about it, and i think too humans gonna be the same way.

Too Human? So far the trailers are uninspiring and the animations are craptacular. Fable2 can do online co-op, not sure about Too Human. Too Human is like dungeon crawler with share screen co-op, I have yet to see a NPC interaction in a town. And Too Human graphics is not artistic, just some generic future theme with bad textures. And they are the only developer who has trouble with Unreal Engine 3. I only care about this game because it is published by MGS.

Fable2 graphics alone is drooling. The online co-op looks good. And it is more RPG oriented, more NPC interaction. You can buy every house in the game, woot. Too Human is more action oriented.

too human has very action combat but it is not an action game this is what dennis dyack is talking about when he says the game is very misunderstood. it has more then 90 minutes of cutscenes. does fable? does fable have hundreds of thousands of armor combinations? and hundreds of thousands of weapon combinations helllllllllllllll no. so i dont think in any way fable 2 is more rpg oriented. from the videos ive seen it really looked like fable 2 didnt have online coop. but i guess i was wrong i still think too human will have much more fun online coop though since the different classes compliment eachother so well.

then you talked about how too human has no npc interaction does final fantasy ? does mass effect? do most rpgs besides fable 2 have that? i dont think so. too human isnt open becuase it wants to tell a story and just have a really cinematic experience. they cant do that in that in the way that want to in an open world type of thing. im sorry to make this so long but what you said is just sooooooo rediculous.

Although, Too Human was suppose to originally release on the PSX. There hasnt been a version of Too Human released yet so how can it even have a reputation? Both games have RPG elements but they're different so how can they even be compared? That's pretty stupid, if you ask me. No offense, but it's like putting Halo 3 up against Mass Effect. its funny fable 2 is a game set in a fantacy world with magic and beasts and stuff but yet there probably isnt a game yet thats going to be more realalistic. im sorry to make this so long but what YOU said is just sooooooo rediculous.

Less awesome combat? That's all what your taste is.

Not even a tenth as deep or as long, prove it, and who cares how deep it is, you don't play a game for "deepness."

Better AI? Again, prove itl.

50 enemies on screen, that's because Too Human's gameplay allows that, Fable 2 has a more realistic type of combat, who 50 enemies on screen in Fable 2 would be stupid.

How about everyone calm the f down. There's no need for this rampant fanboyism. The two games are completely different styles with completely different settings. The games will be able to coexist so who the f cares which one will be better? I'm going to wait for the reviews before i judge these games, and if they're good I'll buy them on their own merits.

I suggest you do the same before you have a brain aneurism.
