why is my xbox live lagging?

Has this just recently started do You have a pretty good internet connection? and also some lobby's go slow due with some one having a slow connection doesnt, have to be you happens with me when i play skate 2 with a friend who has Wi-Fi on his 360 it always begin to skip, stutter, glitch, what ever ya wanna call it.

my 360 is on wi-fi & its absolutly fine was playin at 1:30 am (UK time) with no lag at all so its not LIVE thats lagging maybe its your internet. is your 360 wired or is it on a wi-fi network?

i'm wired to time warner, roadrunner internet seems fine, and i'm running good right now (unreal) but sf seems to lag like crazy? honestly i don't think its me???kerrylipp

that is werid. unless you turn offyour internet & turn it back on again but i dont know if it will solve it though.just a thought. Or maybe its your area. Sorry i cant be of anymore help

when you begin to notice lag just go do a speedtest to see if your transfer rates are coming down to an unreasonable level. If you notice that your transfers are stable then you know that it is probably something else. If not, then talk to your ISP
