Why is RE5 coming to X-Box?

I have been a fan since the first RE and this from what I can remember originated on Playstation and then branched out to Nintendo systems and has never made an X-Box appearence so my question is why is it coming to X-Box? Just currious.

Nintendo Wii can't handle it. Specs too high.

Controls wouldnt work either.

RE 5 needs the technical monsters which are the ps3 and 360.

Cause Sony is loosing out on all of their exclusives and 360 is more popular. More consoles = More profitnitroracer82

Why shouldn't it come to the 360?

In my opinion, I think it is coming to the Xbox 360 because of how well it is doing and Capcom has been supporting MicroSoft a lot on this console.

Hironobu Sakaguchi the man who created Final Fantasy quit Square-Enix a few years after the merger to create his own studio MistWalker. He hasn't been involved with a Final Fantsy since 10. Lost Odyssey is supposed to be pretty much a Final Fantasy game. Which is good, Tetsuya Nomura is slowly butchering the FF legacy.

i think the wii did a great job with RE4 the controls and the graphicsare among the best on the Wii in my opinion

Because the 360 has the highest software sales of all the consoles so it will make them a load of moneythegame458

Its all about the money these days. People seem to cling on to the belief that games are held to that standard of loyalty present during the real system wars between Sega and Nintendo in the early 90's and to a lesser extent Nintendo vs. Sony in the later 90's. The lines between brands have become blurred and the vast majority of third party titles are going to be multi-platform forever now. Regardless of fanatical people think this game or that game should stay on what console (crazy Devil May Cry fans I am talking about you) should pretty much give up the fight because unless its a Sony made game or a Microsoft made game chances are its on both consoles.Ket87

The 360 has a large installed consumer base with a proven track record of buying AAA titles. If you add that to the PS3 user base, profits are way higher across the two platforms. That's why big companies (EA or Activision) release the same title for every platform they can.jstarzyk

does like most people on my list tend to all buy the main big aaa list titles when they come out. tend to do the same myself. never had a resi game before so when it comes out shud be a treat for me to start on the newest

coz most people cabt afford to buy a seperate console for just 1 or 2 exclusive games they want to play but cant on they console they bought. doubt i would buy a ps3 for rezi but id buy rezi if it was out on 360 . dont see what the big fuss is. wudnt bother me if the best exclusives were shared around every console even 360 ones to ps3 and wii. the better games do then the more games we will see get released all round , and that benifits everyone. daft attitude to have to limit games to only 1 console, no one looses out.
