Why is this happening? Helppp!

K so i havent played my xbox in a few weeks but just now i decided to play and my disc tray will not open...i havent dropped the xbox bc its safe in the tv stand so what could be the problem? i dont wanna force it open either because i feel like it will break..

help me please? :(

Have you tried punching it?

Try it a couple of different times--try doing it by pressing the disc tray button right on the xbox, then try hitting the eject button through the xbox dashboard. If neither of those work I would suggest you pick it up (keeping it face up, especially if there's a game in there) and then try to use something to gently move the try a little bit to free it up in case it's stuck.

If that doesn't work, I'd go ahead and call xbox support. They might be able to tell you something else to try.

i got it open using a paperclip in the small hole uner the tray...thanks for the advice
