I have been a really big PGR fan, I have owned all of em even from it's frist brave steps as Metropolis Street racer on the DC. The problem here is though that with the release of Forza and now Fornza 2 they have just showed what a racing game should be - now there are some that think the driving in PGR with it's mix of sim+ arcade is the right mix ... and to an extent I agree but with PGR it's just that a driving game ... one car will always dominate... why? Because unlike Forza, it doesn't have the classes and customisation, you can be in a race with all the cars diffrent, even to the extent they all have diffrent paint jobs...and this is what PGR needs now, not gimicks like motor bikes ... as there will always be the fast car in PGR and there is nothing that can really change that as there is no option to really make the other cars better...i really don't like the idea and it just now seems a more shallow experience to the one that Forza gave (is giving) me ... this may well be the first PGR I miss ....

personally car games and sports games are prolly the most dull games ever made, the devs only upgrade graphics and rosters after each year/game and its not even worth a constant 65 bucks per same old "upgraded" game(s).Thats just my two cents.

Im not really into the driving simulation thing. I thought PGR is ok, but the fact that when you hit a barrier or another car straight on your car dosent get damaged in the slightest really annoys me. I also dont think that it plays that fast either, by this i mean that compared to Burn out or other unrealistic driving games PGR feels rather slow. So this will probobly be a miss for me

PGR isn't getting much hype probably because it's pretty hard to get used to and I'm sure people find other games like Mariokart easy to just pick up and play. Though PGR is difficult, I love it.
