Why no sim games?

WHens the last time a sims game came out for the 360? we need a new one. The sims

I definitely wouldn't mind a new SimCity for the console. I don't really like the other Sim games though. I get sick of my guy running to the bathroom every 5 seconds.

I never understood the appeal to The Sims. Cooking Dinner, going to the Bathroom, taking a shower, going to work, having children, etc... I already do those things (Or will do) every day. Why sit around and play a game that makes you live life... I'd rather go outside, or go to the bathroom myself than watch someone else do it.

whatever happened to the old rumor of a Sims2-style MMO?

Sims for consoles is weird just like RTS style games...leave it on the computer!

awsome, but what a long wait.!

I'd be interested in a non-"virtual life" game for the 360, but I am sick of the single-character sim programs. I've indulged enough; they really can't offer me anything new. Oblivion, on the other hand, CAN offer me a Sim-like experience... Without my character running for the can every five minutes.

I wouldn't mind seeing something more by the company, but I would rather it wasn't just a port of Sims3 to the 360.

It's true they're not AS fun on console, but that didn't stop them putting Sims2 on PS2. I mean Madden's not fun EITHER, but they keep making sequels.

On EA's latest financial report - they slated a new Sims title to be released for the consoles in Q4 of this fiscal year. I myself am a huge Sims fan (The Sims, SimCity) so I'll be keeping an eye and ear out on EA - and let's hope they keep that MySims crap on the Nintendo, thanks.Blargsman

sim games are fun time to time.. i wish they would... i'm shocked EA hasn't this gen yet but they did last gen.. i guess they seen it not very profitable but who knows
