Why so much hate for Crackdown...?

I didn't notice this until just now but looking at my Gamecrazy Reciept from when I bought COD4... I saw this...

Crackdown for me was very good for a couple of weeks, but then is started getting a bit repetitive.

I still go back to it now and again. You should have at least gotton a fiver for it.
