I'm pissed how i still have a child account, and i forgot my password to the "adult" account and i figured what the heck i'll call MS to fix this problem, and i keep getting these spanish/indian women that can't speak or understand english.
Why doesn't MS (rooted in the US) have better tech support?
just wait for the fall update where you can change your child account to a adult account if your over 18. not sure if you need the adult mail password to confirm it though.
