I am having a problem with DLC for GRAW 2.

Can I download the throwback packs prior to playing the game for the 1st time and access the downloads from my game menu

OR

do I have to put thegame disc in, load it, save it, THEN download the throwback packs?

Simple question, someone please answer with something other than 1 word, thanks.

yes, you can download it first. But if nothing comes shows up after you do that, just go to account history and re-download it again.
