Why you shouldn't buy an Xbox 360 (yet)

Guys, you might think that buying the "next great game" is worth the big bills, but it isn't. We can all recount the dollars we burned through for the "game of the century" (e.g. Ocarina, Halo, Doom 3, Halo 3, anything with '3'), but it doesn't last. The next thing you know, you're a college student and playtime is over. I already blew most of my money on food, and I don't even play games anymore! How pathetic, right? If I could take back all that money I spent on $30/$50 games, I would so I could put it toward important things and be a real man! So wait a few years before buying that new system. Donate to the IFCJ, you can bring Jews who were victimized by the Soviets back to Israel.

The college part isn't true. I'm on my 3rd year of Law School and I game regularly and I have plenty of time to study, socialize and get good grades. The other part of your post is just funny :lol:

lol listen to Debby Downer over here. I'm a college student too, and I think that the 360 is one of the best purchases ive made to take the stress off of work and school. I am a firm believer in donating money to people in need but I think your approach could have been better. Good luck with the IFCJ

thats why i download then burn the games.like cmon im not gonna pay $60-70 for a game. Empty discs used for burning are usually i think 3 in a package for $12, see the difference. If you BUY three games then... HOLY **** $180-210....so you see..I_pWnzz_YoU

I have to agree with you. I'm in University and I have plenty of time to hang out with my friends, mack on girls, go to the gym and play games.
