when i get phone calls to my house, i disconnect from xbl. i use the wifi. does anyone know my problem?

do u have dsl i had it happen to me to till i bought http://www.officedepot.com/a/products/467822/Inline-Filter-Beige/Ntt=dsl&uniqueSearchFlag=true&An=text/

and now its works good with no disconnet
