Wii along with 360?

Well I've already had a 360 for about a year now and with Christmas coming up I was thinking of buying a Wii as well. I'm not intersted in a PS3 at the moment but I might buy one once it's cheaper. Now I was wondering what do all you 360 owners think about owning a Wii as well as a 360? Is Wii boring and will I want to go back to games like Mass Effect and CoD4 or will it keep me hooked?

it depends i guess i love my Wii now more than ever since i have fire emblem and mario galaxy to play. Metroid prime 3 was awsome to. Other than that i haven't really loved a lot of the games but a wii is totally worth it and when brawl comes out it's going to be a necessity.

uhhh metroid prime and mario galaxy have great graphics......if you think only of gears of war type blood when you think of good graphics you are as the other guy said...and idiot.

it depends on what types of games you like. Mario and fire emblem are single player as is metroid but if you don't like that kind of thing it might not be for you. Aren't really and super good online games out yet.

No, he is 100% correct. Any game on a next gen system (read: ps3, 360 or wii) is "next gen", even if it doesn't live up to standards. You are the one that is misinformed.

Anyways, the wii is great, especially as a secondary console. I mainly use my 360, but the wii is great for games like mario, metroid, zelda, and the upcoming Super Smash Bros Brawl.

the wii is a ok console and befor you buy one think

1.Will you have enough money to spend money on a lot of wii games as most are suprisingly short and not realy replayable

2.do your freinds come round very often as it feels like a waist of time playing it on your own

3. Do you like multiplayer/online as most wii games arnt

4.can you afford to buy all the nessorserry accesorys

5. How desprate are you to play it at xmas theyl be hard to gey hold of

you can get it for 300 some places... how much cheaper do you want it to get?(ps3) either way... imo the wii would be entertaining for the exclusives such as zelda/mario games, and metroid prime... other then that... i dont see myself having fun swgining my arm around to play a game lol...

having experience with the motion sensor in in the console i have now... its fun... but i can see it be annoying if it gets too much... like im cool with flying with it... but if i have to pull back on it to shoow an arrow or swing my arm to swing a racket, i just think it will get boring after a bit... but hey, in the end the system will be worth it if u just buy the zelda/mario games...

oh really.....tell me...when you swing your TV remote around, does it change your channel? Can you control things on the screen by swing it around or moving it up or down? No...

it may LOOK like a TV Remote, but it doesn't perform like one......if i was to put the insides of a ps2 in a 360 case, it would look like a 360 but it wouldn't perform like one....

Don't waste your time. Looking at his other posts you can tell hes nothing but a joke character.

I'd say do it. I love my wii (play it less than my computer, but more than my 360 atm, (i dont have many of the newer games)). If you have friends over though the wii is fun. You also get the ability to enjoy the nintendo exclusives ie: SSB, Mario, Zelda, Metriod, etc.

Although the graphics may be subpar to the 360 or the ps3, the console is still fun to play.

I personally believe that the Wii is a good console, but to say in some1s face "your opinion is invalid" ihas got to be the stupidest thing I've ever heard. period. first of all, opinions CAN'T be invalid. its just downright impossible. If the guy wants to believe that the wii sucks, then LET HIM BE THAT WAY. That's why they're called opinions. I just can't help but say something after lurking in this topic for about 6 minutes.

now, on to what I have to say. I think they Wii is a good secondary console. I have a 360 as my primary console, but i play it just as much as the wii. I mostly play Xbox360 games for their challenge and to talk to my friends over XBL. Meanwhile, I use the wii to play classic nintendo games and play mario galaxy and other games. The controller is pretty fun too.
