Sure it will work. However, the Xbox 360 is region locked so that means if you get an NTSC Xbox 360 (the US region code), you will also need NTSC games. You won't be able to buy any games in Europe since they are PAL.

You can order NTSC games from sites like Play-Asia. But I think it would be annoying not able to purchase games in you're own country.

Actually, I think you're right. They use 230 Volts in Europe and I think it was lower in the US. It's possible you will get problems with that. 

i wouldn't risk it, you'd need a transformer to power it, then you might even need a u.s. tv. i tried to take a vcr back to england from the u.s. and i couldn't get it to work on a pal t.v.
