Yes, it will work very well. Unfortunatly it only seems to have a digital coaxial input. The xbox 360 supports an optical audio cable, and not coaxial. You can still hook it up with the standard connections though, and I'm sure it will sound wonderfull.

I would return it before you open it! It doesn't support an optical connection which is the connection the xbox 360 uses!!! You're not going to be able to hook it up digitally and will not be able to get true (Dolby Digital) surround sound. If you hook it up using standard cables you're only going to be able to get simulated/almost-surround sound such as Pro-Logic.

Definitely would not recommend it, and would suggest exchanging it for something with an optical input, not coaxial.

Or you could buy a converter that converts optical to coaxial.
