Will gamestop exchange my game?

So i bought Battlefield 3 used from gamestop a few days ago and i just found out today that its broke. Problem is is that i lost the reciept but i did use my power up rewards card when i bought the game so can they use that to look up my purchase history so i can get another copy?

Pretty much do this. If you used your members card and a credit card, you can probably get another copy without hastle, but you really should call to find out.

like everyone else said call and see whats up but if you have power up rewards and payed with credit card it should be no problem they could verify that you purchased it

At EB Games here in Australia we don't need a reciept when we return a game, They just use our rewards card to track it. Being that Gamestop is their parent company one would think they have a similar system. Only one way to find out, Go in and try it.

I don't understand why people come HERE to ask about STORE policies, use your heads, the people at the STORE will be able to help answer your question, people on this site aren't likely to be able to give a definite answer.

Call them first, but more then likely they will if it's no more then seven days after you purchase it.
