will it really take 5 days

I have had a reapair order for my broken xbox for awhile. I called 1800 4 my xbox and max said your repair order isdone and is being shipped to you. please allow 5 buisness days. I was wondering for those who have had a repair order does it really take 5 buisness days or will it take a lot longer? Should I get my xbox on friday?

call up and talk to a rep and ask for a tracking number(or if you registered your console on xbox.com, you can get it there if you go to support and click on the SN of your xbox and then click on more details). Then go on UPS or FedEx's website and it should tell you an estimated arrival date and where it currently is.

Did you send your Xbox to Texas, or do they have a repair center in Europe? D-C-

lol the world is bigger tha US alone:P yeah they do have several repaircenters in europe:P

mine was send over to the germans for repair..
