Hi
Just wondering if many of you will continue to play Halo 3 once the new 'Halo 3: ODST' comes available soon, or is everyone going to purchase the new Halo and play that to death while we wait for the new hyped titles in November?

So, basically the online population won't change... if so, not much at all?

I'd say it would increase because of the new maps.

Alright, sounds good.
Thanks for the replies!
Well, I'm sure some of the games this holday season will hit Halo 3's population, but Halo 3 will continue to have a very large community at least until Halo: Reach comes. So, basically the online population won't change... if so, not much at all?

it will initially increase , probally double for a while, then in long term it should still be up from this years stats so far, but wont be a crazy amount more than they have now i dont think, maybe another 20/30%So, basically the online population won't change... if so, not much at all?

odst will be a separate game... one dist will have single player and firefight... the other will have halo 3 multiplayer- including every map ever made for halo 3.
OH YEAH im getting it!
I'll still play Halo 3, because (probably) the 2nd disk, you'll have to re-start all over again. (Ranks whise)Halo ODST comes with Halo 3's multiplayer on a separate disc.
